ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 21, 2013, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 28, 2012, is amended by deleting from the first and third decretal paragraphs thereof the date "May 1, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "May 1, 2012".
