Motion by appellant for leave to reargue an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Nassau County, Second District, entered August 13, 2010, which was determined by a decision and order of this court dated March 6, 2012, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from the decision and order of this court, to compel respondent to "settle" various documents, and to "vacate" the decisions and orders of this court dated July 5, 2012 and October 22, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
