David Merritt having moved for permission to appeal as a poor person and for permission to respond as a poor person on the appeals taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Oswego County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on November 14, 2012, and for assignment of counsel,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of David Merritt, sworn to January 4, 2013, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Linda M. Campbell, Esq., 333 East Onondaga Street, Suite 301, Syracuse, New York 13202, is hereby assigned as counsel to David Merritt on the appeals, and
