Sonneborn, Esq., dated February 12, 2013, and the notices of motion and cross motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the respondent's motion is granted on the condition that the brief is filed and served on or before April 8, 2013, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing, and
It is further ORDERED that appellant's cross motion is granted on the condition that the reply briefs to respondent's brief, if any, shall be filed and served on or before May 8, 2013.
