Appellants having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on February 24, 2012 (appeal No.1), March 5, 2012 (appeal No. 2), and April 20, 2012 (appeal Nos. 3, 4 and 5),

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Katherine E. Wild, Esq., sworn to February 13, 2013, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first and second ordering paragraphs of the order of this Court entered January 16, 2013, are hereby amended by deleting the date February 28, 2013, and inserting in its place the date April 30, 2013.

Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeals from the orders entered February 24, 2012, and March 5, 2012, will be granted.
