Separate motions by the respondent and the attorney for the child, inter alia, to dismiss appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated May 4, 2012, on the ground that they have been rendered academic.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to dismiss the appeals are granted and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied.
