ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 27, 2013, in the above-entitled appeal is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the following: "Karl E. Bonheim, Esq., P.O. Box 145, Riverhead, N.Y., 11901," and substituting therefor the following: "Matthew Muraskin, Esq., 646 Main Street, Port Jefferson, N.Y. 11777".
