| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the respondents on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 17, 2012, to enlarge the time to serve and file a replacement brief in accordance with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 1, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondents' time to serve and file a replacement brief is enlarged until April 4, 2013, and the replacement brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until April 19, 2013, and the appellants' reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
