| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 13, 2011, and a judgment of the same court entered May 16, 2012, to vacate a stay of the sale of one or more of the subject properties, which was granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 23, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that so much of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 23, 2012, as stayed the sale of the properties located at 19 July Avenue, Bayville, and 3 Blueberry Hill, Northport, is vacated, and the motion is otherwise denied.
