DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated April 24, 2012, on the ground, inter alia, that the appellant raises issues that do not address the order dated April 24, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appellant's brief is stricken, and on or before April 15, 2013, the appellant shall serve and file a replacement brief that only raises issues relating to the order dated April 24, 2012.
