DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the petitioners, inter alia, to enlarge the time to perfect a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 1, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the proceeding is denied as unnecessary as the proceeding was timely perfected on March 1, 2013; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
