Motion by the appellant Elizabeth Domenica G. to enlarge the record on appeals from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated August 22, 2012, to include transcripts in a related paternity proceeding under docket no. P-18215-11.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the record is enlarged to include a decision of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated May 4, 2012, and an order of the same court dated May 30, 2012, entered upon the decision, which determined the paternity hearing, and the motion is otherwise denied.
