| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 29, 2013, as dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 31, 2012, and for leave to reargue her prior motion to enjoin the sale of a certain tax lien on her premises, pending hearing and determination of appeals from the order dated August 31, 2012, and an order of the same Court dated October 1, 2012, which was determined by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 29, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
