Motion by the respondent, in effect, to recalendar an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 16, 2012, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 17, 2013, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the reply brief shall be served and filed in accordance with the rules of the Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[b]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal will be recalendared after all of the briefs have been filed.
