DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Mister David B. from three orders of the Family Court, Kings County, all dated August 21, 2012. By decision and order on motion dated February 6, 2013, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the above-entitled appeals on the ground that the orders were entered upon the appellant's default.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is granted, and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5511).
