In the Matter of Luis A. Figueroa-Rolon, Sr.,

respondent, v Veronica M. Torres, appellant.

(Docket Nos. V-18458-10/12E, V-25387-10/12E)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Veronica M. Torres from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated December 11, 2012. By order to show cause dated January 17, 2013, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal in the above-entitled proceedings on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, part 3.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is denied (see Family Ct Act § 1112).
