Motion by appellant, inter alia, to direct the respondent to comply with a decision and order of this Court dated September 19, 2012, which determined an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 28, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the respondent to comply with a decision and order of this Court dated September 19, 2012, is denied without prejudice to seeking relief in the Supreme Court, Nassau County; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
