| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent-appellant on appeals and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated May 13, 2011, and a judgment of the same court dated November 14, 2011, to strike the joint appendix as inadequate.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent-appellant's time to serve and file a brief, including her points of argument on the cross appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), is enlarged until April 17, 2013, and the respondent-appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
