DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Geana Chappell from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered December 10, 2007. By order to show cause dated January 25, 2013, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that she had abandoned the appeal.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed.
