Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered April 14, 2010, for leave to reargue the branch of his prior motion which was for financial assistance to pay for the reproduction of his pro se supplemental brief, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 7, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
