In the Matter of Kenneth Hirsch, appellant, v Lauren Hirsch, respondent. (Docket No. F-02725-86/12B)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Separate motions by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated July 31, 2012, and for leave to reargue the branches of his prior motion which were to waive the filing fee and for the assignment of counsel, which were determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 25, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied.
SKELOS, J.P., BALKIN, COHEN and MILLER, JJ., concur.
