| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Miguel E. P. for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated March 6, 2013, under Docket No. V-1719-04, and to stay enforcement of that order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from that order. Separate motion by Miguel E. P. for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, also dated March 6, 2013, under Docket No. N-25066-12, and to stay enforcement of that order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from that order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal from the order dated March 6, 2013, under Docket No. V-1719-04, is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal from the order dated March 6, 2013, under Docket No. N-25066-12, is denied as unnecessary as that order is appealable as of right (Family Ct § 1112); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied ; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals are consolidated, and the parties shall file 10 copies of their respective briefs.
