The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Daniel Azizian, Appellant.

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered January 12, 2012, for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the order dated January 14, 2013 dismissing the appeal is hereby vacated, and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal shall be perfected by April 5, 2013. No further enlargements will be granted.
