ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 25, 2013, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated February 15, 2013, is amended by deleting from the first and second decretal paragraphs thereof the date "April 20, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "April 24, 2013."
