| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Zachary Margulis-Ohnuma for leave to withdraw as counsel for the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered October 13, 2009. Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted, and the appellant's brief, which contains a properly notarized waiver of the appellant's right to appellate counsel and which was submitted to the Clerk of the Court, is accepted for filing and deemed timely served; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file the transcripts of the proceedings with the Clerk of this Court on or before April 29, 2013; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 28, 2013, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
