Motion by the appellant pro se to be provided with certain material to aid in the preparation of his supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered November 30, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to moving for leave to file a supplemental brief and renewing the motion to be provided with certain material to aid in the preparation of that supplemental brief after assigned counsel files the appellant's brief.
