DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Jennifer Pluchinotta for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated March 11, 2013, and to stay enforcement of a certain temporary order of protection, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated March 11, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
