Motion by the appellant to vacate an order of this court dated November 19, 2012, which dismissed an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County entered March 16, 2012, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is hereby,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion to vacate the order dismissing the appeal is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before April 15, 2013.
