It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied, and
It is further ORDERED, on the Court's own motion, that the order of this Court entered December 18, 2012, which granted appellant permission to proceed as a poor person and assignment of counsel, is vacated (see Family Court Act §§ 262, 1120 [a]).
