It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered December 26, 2012 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date February 25, 2013 and inserting in place thereof the date July 1, 2013.
Memorandum: The direct appeal should be perfected within the time frame set forth in this order.
