It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered October 16, 2012 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date March 15, 2013 and inserting in place thereof the date May 2, 2013, and
It is further ORDERED that appellant is permitted to file a 72 page brief.
