Motion by the appellant on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 10, 2012, and an order of the same court dated May 4, 2012, in effect, for leave to reargue his prior motion to stay his eviction from the subject premises pending hearing and determination of the appeals, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 7, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
