Application by Sunbow Productions, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR § 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated June 5, 2012, and October 3, 2012, respectively, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record on the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the application which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on the appeals is granted and the applicant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 13, 2013; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application is otherwise denied without prejudice to making a motion for leave to serve and file a supplemental record on the appeals.
