Appeal by Vincent Verderame from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated July 12, 2012. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 22, 2013, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was enlarged until March 25, 2013. The appeal has not been perfected.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]) and prior order of this Court.
