Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Allyson B. Levine, Esq., dated March 18, 2013, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of this Court's order entered January 29, 2013, is hereby amended by deleting the date March 19, 2013, and inserting in its place the date April 12, 2013, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of this Court's order entered January 29, 2013, is hereby amended by deleting the date April 3, 2013, and inserting in its place the date April 29, 2013.
