ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated April 8, 2013, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:

Motion by Robert Eugene Dapper, Jr., an attorney in good standing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent Erie Insurance Exchange on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 7, 2011, and an appeal from an order of the same court entered October 31, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
