Motions by appellant for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated October 20, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's motions are denied without prejudice to renewal upon proper papers, including an affidavit of service upon respondent; and it is further,
ORDERED that, upon such renewal, appellant shall set forth good cause for its failure to comply with the deposit requirement contained in the orders to show cause dated March 6, 2013 and March 13, 2013.
