Motion by respondent on an appeal from a judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Carmel, Putnam County, entered October 4, 2010, to amend the caption of this court's decision and order dated August 6, 2012 to reflect that so much of the complaint as was asserted against defendants Peggy Kaplan and Joseph Kaplan was dismissed by the Justice Court and to reflect respondent's name as Prudential World Homes Realty.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted only to the extent of amending this court's decision and order dated August 6, 2012 to reflect respondent's name as Prudential World Homes Realty.
