Application by Nadine S. Shanker, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 8, 1995, under the name Nadine Suzanne Leibowitz, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Nadine Haruni.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Nadine S. Shanker to Nadine Haruni, effective immediately.
