ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated April 16, 2013, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated December 18, 2012, is amended by deleting from the last paragraph thereof the date "April 29, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "May 28, 2013. "
