| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to dismiss appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 30, 2011, and December 9, 2011, respectively, on the ground that no appeal lies from a trial ruling.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time of the respondent and the attorney for the children to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until May 22, 2013, and the briefs of the respondent and the attorney for the children, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date.
