DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated November 4, 2011, to extend their time to comply with decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated December 4, 2012, and February 13, 2013, respectively which directed them to serve and file a replacement record and a replacement brief on or before March 11, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the time for the appellants to serve and file a replacement record containing only the papers which were filed with the Supreme Court, Westchester County, in connection with the motion that was determined in the order dated November 4, 2011, and a brief raising issues concerning only that order is enlarged until June 6, 2013; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 8, 2013, and the respondent's brief, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date.
