| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 23, 2011, and February 14, 2012, respectively, with an appeal from an order of the same court entered August 7, 2012, in effect, to extend her time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 8, 2013, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order entered August 7, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to consolidate the appeals, in effect, to extend the appellant's time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 8, 2013, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order entered August 7, 2012, are granted, and the appellant's time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 8, 2013, and to perfect the appeal from the order entered August 7, 2012, is extended until May 22, 2013; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 24, 2013, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
