DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Joanne Flaster from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated June 13, 2012. The appeal was perfected on February 25, 2013.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the time fo the petitioners-respondents and the nonparty-respondent to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until May 20, 2013, the briefs of the petitioners-respondents and the nonparty-respondent shall be served and filed on or before that date.
