Motion by the appellants in Appeal No. 1 and the respondent Town of Greenburgh in Appeal No. 2, inter alia, to consolidate an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered January 11, 2012, with an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered November 26, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
