Motion by the appellant pro se on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, all dated June 15, 2012, and three judgments of the same court, one dated June 15, 2012, and two dated August 9, 2012, to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appellant's appendix.
