Appeal by Monica G. from a decision of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated March 13, 2013, entered in both of the above-entitled proceedings.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the notice of appeal from the decision dated March 13, 2013, is deemed to be a notice of appeal from order of disposition dated March 13, 2013, entered under Docket No. N-01185/09 and the order of custody dated March 13, 2013, entered under Docket No. V-1228/09 (see CPLR 5512); and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeals are consolidated and the parties shall file 10 copies of their respective briefs.
