The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Allstate Properties, LLC, Appellant.

Motion by appellant for an enlargement of time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Justice Court of the Village of Hempstead, Nassau County, entered June 6, 2011 and to compel the Justice Court to transmit the record to the Appellate Term

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion to enlarge time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before April 26, 2013, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to compel the Justice Court of the Village of Hempstead to transmit the record to the Appellate Term is denied as moot. The record was received by the court on April 11, 2013.
