Motion by appellant for an enlargement of time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered June 22, 2012, and for leave to file an oversized appellant's brief of up to 120 pages.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in partial opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion to enlarge time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before May 8, 2013, and it is further
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which seeks leave to submit an oversized brief is granted as the court does not have a rule limiting the size of the brief.
