Motion by the appellants, in effect, for leave to reargue their prior motion to stay the trial in the above-entitled actions pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 11, 2012, and November 19, 2012, respectively, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 4, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
